The Education Foundation of Caldwell County presented three awards on Tuesday, September 12 as part of their Annual Board of Directors Meeting.   Caiden Ingram, Hibriten senior, received the Kenneth Roberts Scholarship.  This scholarship is given annually to a Caldwell County public school student who has demonstrated high levels of leadership, scholarship, and citizenship, and is used to further the students’ education. …
